MiniList App is a standalone application that runs locally on the user’s device.
It does not require user registration, accounts, or login to access its features.
The app is provided by BitPull Labs.
2. Personal Data & Privacy (EU GDPR)
MiniList App does not collect, process, store or transmit any personal data, as defined under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).
- All data created by the user remains exlusively on the user's device.
- No data is shared with the developer or third parties.
- No analytics, tracking, profiling or advertising systems are used.
As no personal data is processed, GDPR user rights (such as access, rectification or erasure) are not applicable to this app.
3. Permissions
The app does not request access to:
- Location.
- Contacts.
- Camera.
- Microphone.
- Files outside the app's local storage.
- Any other sensitive device features.
4. Internet Connectivity
MiniList App functions fully offline and does not require an internet connection.
No data is transmitted
outside the user's device.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Managing and backing up their own data.
- Ensuring device security and integrity.
The developer cannot recover lost data.
6. Disclaimer
MiniList App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
The developer shall not be held liable for:
- Data loss due to device malfunction, operating system updates or user actions.
- Any damages arising from the use or inhability to use the app.
